WELCOME!

Therapy isn't about having something wrong with you. It's about investing in your own growth, healing, and peace.

One breath. One step. One moment at a time.

Welcome to the table!

I'm Kali New, owner and founder of WHO K.NEW. A Licensed Professional Counselor Associate,
supervised by Robert Mullen, LPC-S.

I’m passionate about helping people who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions. Together, we’ll work to get to the root of what’s holding you back—so you can feel more grounded, confident, and secure.

In our work, you’ll learn practical tools to help you not just survive, but truly thrive in your daily life. When your thoughts or mindset feel overwhelming, it’s possible to take back your power—starting with what you believe and how you respond.

Feeling overwhelmed? Can't handle another item being added to your plate? Anxious, confused, or just plain exhausted?

You don't have to carry it all alone. Take a deep breath, t
ake a seat - let's work through it together.

About

Areas of Clinical Focus

Stressed Man

Anxiety

Most people experience anxiety at some point in their lives. It can show up in social situations, constant “what if” thoughts, or an ongoing sense of worry that’s hard to shake.

If anxiety is starting to interfere with your daily life, you're not alone—and you're in the right place. Support is here, and healing is possible.

Loneliness

Depression

Depression goes beyond feeling sad—it can affect your energy, sleep, relationships, and even how you see yourself. It can show up physically too: aches and pains, exhaustion, disrupted sleep, or difficulty concentrating. Sometimes, it even brings thoughts that feel dark or hopeless.

If your mind is telling you there’s no way out, please know this: depression lies. There is hope. Things can get better—even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.

At WHO K.NEW, PLLC, we’ll walk with you and give you practical tools to help you navigate the hard days and reconnect with your strength. You don’t have to fight this alone.

Trauma

Trauma is an emotional response to deeply distressing experiences—like abuse, accidents, assault, or natural disasters. It can also stem from situations that made you feel unsafe, unseen, or powerless, especially in childhood.

Right after a traumatic experience, you might feel shock, denial, or numbness. Over time, it can lead to flashbacks, difficulty trusting others, or strained relationships. If you're still carrying the weight of something that happened to you, please know: you are not alone. Healing is possible. This is a safe space for your story, your pain, and your healing. You deserve to feel whole again—on your own terms, at your own pace.

Life Transition

Life is full of transitions—and not all of them are easy to navigate. Maybe you’ve recently graduated, started a new job, become a parent, ended a relationship, or are grieving the loss of someone or something important to you. Even positive changes can feel overwhelming.

You might be in a season of uncertainty, stress, or simply trying to figure out what comes next. If emotions are bubbling to the surface and you're not sure what to do with them, you're not alone.

Whatever transition you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. This is a safe space to explore, process, and move forward—together.
